1899, 1 c. green and brown-red, 11 single stamps, 4 c. brown and blue (large part of stamp missing) and 5 c. green and grey tied by cds. ”ST.THOMAS 25.2.1899” to registered cover with handstamp ”Dansk Vestindien R” to Constantinopel with arrival mark of British post office, now all stamp and address were slashed with ink stroke and the cover was sent with a new Norway postage with 12 stamps from ”CHRISTIANIA 23.VI.99” as registered cover to Constantinopel with arrival mark of German post office, rare combination

Ankunftsempel), jedoch unzustellbar weitergeleitet nach Cadiz, Spanien und letztlich mit norwegischer Frankatur von 12 Marken aus Christiania wieder nach Constantinopel, diesmal mit deutschem und französichen Ankunftstempel, kurioser Postweg und attraktive Frankaturen.
