1878, official cover sent between the mayors of Paullo and Senna Lodigiano and showing an incredible and spectacular postal fraud, in that all of the stamps which make up the franking, had clearly been previously used before being applied to this cover, which hints at profound dishonesty on the part of the officials in Paullo as well as, most probaly, corruption on the part aof the postal officials there, a very rare item, particularly as official correspondence, expertise G.
