1864, folded letter sent from MOGLIANO to Ripe (near Senigallia) and franked with Sassone L18, the letter itself bears on the front a bold strike of the rare Mogliano single-line postmark, however the stamp is tied by a Macerata dated postmark (as per the postal regulations in place at that time), which in turn showas a very interesting error ba displaying the date ”1? NOV OTT” (thus without the year it all), perfect condition and overall a very rare postal history document showing the rare Mogliano postmark, unlisted all in the Sassone Specialised Catalogue, expertise G. 1864, ”15 C. mattblau” als EF auf Faltbrief mit sehr seltenem L1 MOGLIANO und Entwertung MACERATA 1? NOV OTT (fehlerhafte Einstellung ohne Jahreszahl) nach Senigaglia Ripe in sehr guter Erhaltung. Das kleine Örtchen vor den Toren Venedigs hatte zu jener Zeit den Charakter einer Landpoststelle und kaum Postaufkommen, der Stempel ist eine große Seltenheit.
