A rare and spectacular item of forwarded mail with addition that it had travelled underpaid all the ways to its' final destination.

1866, frankierte vorgedruckte Drucksache von PARMA 30 OTT 66 nach Tarascon/Frankreich mit Weiterleitung nach Toulouse. Auf dem Weg über Turin wurde die unzureichende Frankierung bemerkt und mit zweimal Ra2 ”FRANCOBOLLO INSUFFICIENTE” dokumentiert, in Tarascon mit Frankreich ”20 C. Napoleon III.” frankiert und weiter befördert. Der seltene Beleg befindet sich in Bedarfserhaltung mit Alterstönung, es handelt sich um ein dennoch um einen attraktiven Beleg einer Zwei-Länder-Frankatur.
