1865, (approx.) 1d plate 84, TA-TF fine to very fine strip, TA with broken pin perfs, cancelled by five strikes of the rare T.O.4, Traveling Office numeral in bars. In the series of these rare 'T.O.' cancellations T.O.1-T.O.6 Parmenter notes in 'Barred Numeral Cancellations of London' that T.O.4 is by far the rarest. T.O.4 is only recorded on single stamps, on such a large multiple it is likely to be unique. A rare opportunity to acquire this difficult cachet.
1865, (ca.) 1d Platte 84, TA-TF feiner bis sehr feiner Streifen. TA mit ausgefallenem Zahnloch, entwertet mit fünf Abchlägen der seltenen T.O.4, Bahnpostentwertung mit Balken und Ziffer. In der Serie dieser seltenen 'T.O.' Entwertungen T.O.1-T.O.6 bemerkt Parmenter in 'Barred Numeral Cancellations of London', dass T.O.4 bei weitem die seltenste ist. T.O.4 ist nur auf einzelen Marken registriert, eine so große Einheit ist wahrscheinlich einmalig. Eine seltene Gelegenheit, eine Rarität zu erwerben.
