Auction Galleries Hamburg organises auctions four times a year of stamps, coins, banknotes, postcards, medals, decorations and other collectibles. Centrally located in Hamburg's Kontorhaus district, we are very interested in consignments and also buy them.
Our new catalogue published online and in book form contains 4,200 items, including 1,300 collections and lots. You will find rarities such as the legendary 30 Cent "Inverted Flags" from USA (Scott 121 b), rare pieces from German States and a well-developed section on German foreign post offices and colonies. We´d like to draw your special attention to our Brazil section with many pre-philatelic covers and rare stamp frankings, mainly from the province of Minas Gerais. Our coin section might be worth a closer look too.
