1874,part of letter from Tunis (March 18th 1874) to Livorno franked with Italian 30 cent and an 10 cent. ”Estero”. The 30 cent. was considered as invalid at the date of usage - manuscripted ”francobolli fuori d'uso” and two line postmark ”Francobollo insufficiente” applied. Taxed in Livorno with an 50 centesime tax due stamp. Certificates by Alberto Diena and Enzo Diena.
