(central fold) used from Reval, Estonia to Walk, a French ps mourning envelope with Alexander's portrait, and a condolence cover (faults) from the Imperial Committee of Refugees from St. Petersburg 1895 to Bauske in Latvia with respective paper seal on reverse.
