BALTIC STATES 1918-1939: fine used collection of this „classic period“ of the area, main value lies at LATVIA showing all good commemorative sets perforated AND imperforated, the scarce „Africa flight“ set comes with v. Hofmann photo cert.; ESTONIA and LITHUANIA are not complete but show a nice range of better sets throughout. (A)
