1921. James Bourchier (Times Correspondent). SPECIMEN. set of nine, perf L 12, in fine unused blocks of four, all with right side sheet margin, puched with three holes in triangular form, specimen printing prapared by Bradbury Wilkinson & Co, London. Only one sheet of specimen was prepared. Rare. N.B. James Bourchier became a Bulgarian national hero and was biried on top of Shipka Mountain.
