1797-1851, highly interesting batch of twelve prephilatelic letters from Scotland, eleven of them foreign, some with rare destinations, like 1831 to the back then independent Hungary, but also three letters to Portugal, three times Italy, as well as Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands, with several interesting post marks, transit routes and tax marks, fine to very fine condition, partly described in detail on album pages from the Fred Goatcher collection, pure postal history - our recommendation! 1797-1851, außergewöhnlich interessante Partie von zwölf Vorphila-Briefen aus Schottland, davon elf ins Ausland mit teils seltenen Destinationen, wie 1831 in das damals eingenständtige Ungarn, aber auch drei Briefe nach Portugal, dreimal Italien, sowie Deutschland, Spanien, Frankreich und die Niederlande, dabei interessante Stempel, Transitwegen und Taxierungen, die Erhaltung ist meist sehr gut, teils detailliert beschrieben auf Albumseiten aus der Fred-Goatcher-Sammlung, Postgeschichte pur - unsere Empfehlung!
