1869, France to the US, Depriciated Currency letter from TROYES bearing 20c. Napoléon x4. Part payment was not allowed thus the stamps were disregarded. Plus an 1865 letter from Liverpool showing ”NY 48 Br. Packet or 68 U.S. notes” cds alongside. Also a fractional currency note 5c. issue from 1863. (M)
