Truman on sheet margin at the right, presented to Lord Hastings Lionel Ismay, NATO's first Secretary General on his visit to Washington 1952, in original folder. The sheet with margin missing at the left and slight traces of ageing, but very unusual as a present during a NATO meeting in Washington and signed by the President of the United States of America.
