Parcel card accompanying a parcel of 6.4 kg, with value declared of 153K, containing ”Ustascha” uniforms, sent to the command of the Ustascha Regiment in SIJEKOVAC, near Bos.Brod, additional charges calculated as 33.5K and paid with 50b grey-black, perf L 11 1/2 and 1 K red brown perf L 11 1/2, both of 1942 Official issue, 4 K ultramarine, 20 K deep brown and 0.50 K black-blue (horizontal pair, applied at reverse), all of 1941 Pictorials, with the star itam of the franking, 7 + 5 K blackish blue-green of Dr. Ante Pavelich issue to commemorate the 2nd Anniv. of Croatian independence, tied by four strikes of ”DOBOJ 12.V.43” ad reverse ”BOS. BROD 1/ 13.V.43” arrival postmark, and finally similar ”BOS. BROD 1/ 15.V.43” postmark when parcel was collected, with USTASCHA UNIT CACHET applied with duty officer'S signature adjacent. A scarce usage of the Pavelich commemorative.
