1849-1914 (ca.), KLASSIK ALLE WELT. Ein "Universal-Briefmarken-Album" der ganzen Welt, 8. Auflage, ca. 1900 erschienen, laut Sammlernotiz 1911-1915 befüllt und dann abgeschlossen ohne jede weitere Entnahme. Daher sind viele Länder in den klassischen Ausgaben komplett vorhanden und viele weitere gesuchte Ausgaben. Das Album hat durch Lagerung teils Stockflecken, neben ausgeblichenen, fleckigen und angeklebten Marken sind aber viele Werte in feiner bis guter Qualität erhalten geblieben. Erwähnt seien: Deutsches Reich Mi.-Nr. 1-82 [ohne 79], NDP mit Elsaß, Baden 1b, 21a mit sauberem Stempel, Bayern mit 4 I (zweimal), 26 X*, Hannover Mi.-Nr. 8a, 17, 18*, Württemberg mit Mi.-Nr. 5, 50 und 52, Belgien 1-38 inkl. 19* und der Leopold 5 Francs ungebraucht (einige kleine braune Punkte oben in Zähnung), Dänemark 1-33 inkl. einer tadellosen 2, Frankreich 1-85 mit einigen Fälschungen, aber Mi.-Nr. 2, 8 und 17 sind dabei, Bordeaux-Ausgabe kpl., Großbritannien 1-38 mit zweimal Mi.-Nr. 1-2, 5-7 rechteckig geschnitten, Niederlande 1-65 komplett inkl. 48 auf Briefstück (kleiner Zf.), Norwegen ab einer schönen Mi.-Nr. 1, Österreich mit 1-5 und 10-12 sowie Lombardei-Venetien 1-7 II, Portugal bis 106 weitgehend kpl. inkl. Mi.-Nr. 42, Rußland ab Nr. 1 und dazu eine Polen Nr. 1 auf Briefstück, Schweiz ab Rayonmarken inkl. 18 und 27, Schweden mit beiden Lokalpostmarken, im Überseeteil u.a. echte und falsche Kapdreiecke, Tasmanien Mi.-Nr. 2, USA sehr gut bestückt inkl. Mi.-Nr. 1 und 2 (letztere mit blauem PAID-Stempel), Mi.-Nr. 35 (Mängel), Columbus bis 2 Dollar und schließlich frühe Ausgaben Japan inkl. 25-27 (ungeprüft, aber vielleicht echt...) und China mit den Großen und Kleinen Drachen sowie von den "Red Revenues" Mi.-Nr. 29 I o.G. und 30 gestempelt. A "Universal Stamp Album" of the whole world, 8th edition, published in Germany ca. 1900, according to collector's note filled in 1911-1915 without any later removal. Therefore many countries are included complete, others contain many sought-after issues. The album has some foxing due to storage, but in addition to faded, stained and stuck-on stamps, many values have been preserved in fine to good quality. Just to mention some: German Reich Mi.-No. 1-82 [without 79], NDP with Alsace, Baden 1b, 21a with clean cancellation, Bavaria with 4 I (twice), 26 X*, Hanover Mi.-No. 8 a, 17, 18*, Württemberg with Mi.- Nos. 5, 50 and 52, Belgium 1-38 incl. 19* and the Leopold 5 Francs unused (some small brown dots at top of perforation), Denmark 1-33 incl. an impeccable 2 Skilling from 1851, France 1-85 with some forgeries, but e.g. Mi. Nos. 2, 8 and 17 looking genuine, Bordeaux issue complete, Great Britain 1-38 with two MNos. 1-2, 5-7 rectangular cut, Netherlands 1-65 complete incl. 48 on cover (small nick), Norway starting with MNo. No. 1, Austria with 1-5 and 10-12 and Lombardy-Venetia 1-7 II, Portugal to Mi.-No. 106 largely complete incl. 42, Russia from No. 1 and a Poland No. 1 on cover, Switzerland from Rayon stamps on incl. 18 and 27, Sweden with both local postage stamps. in the Overseas part among others real and false Cape Triangles, Tasmania MNo. No. 2, USA very well stocked incl. MNos. 1 and 2 (the latter with blue PAID cancellation), MNo. 35 (faults), Columbus up to 2 dollars and finally early issues Japan incl. 25-27 (unmarked, but perhaps genuine...) and China with the Large and Small Dragons as well as from the "Red Revenues" MNo. 29 I o.G. and 30 cancelled.
