1959 'Mongolists' Congress' complete set of five marginal blocks of 8, the 60m. multiple with one stamp showing the variety "O" of "OF" open at left (like reversed C), and some further plate flaws and flukes, all mint never hinged, with little traces of ageing but still fine. (Mi. about €1000)
