1786, 1792, US to England. Two early letters to London, from Savannah, Georgia showing LIVERPOOL SHIP LRE (1786) and from Charleston, South Carolina showing DOVER/SHIP LRE (1792) the latter with quite interesting contents ”...the crops of tobacco will fall short this year...we are very much plagued here by a venemous insect called a musquitre..”. Some filing folds o/w very fine condition for these early letters. (M)
