Letter to Bulgarian Consul in ZURICH, franked 10 st red of 30th Anniversary of Tsar Ferdinand's Accession if 1918, tied by lilingual ”SUMEN/CHOUMEN 21.VIII.1919” franking UNDERPAID by 15 st, circular ”T” in black with 30 c blue-green and red os Swiss 1910 Postage Dues, tied by ”ZURICH 3.IX.19”, UNDELIVERED as consulate was in BERNE, therefore the postage due was canceled with L1 ”UNGÜLTIG” and the letter forwarded to Berne, where another 30 c postage due was applied and tied by ”BERN ..XI.19”. R2 ”SAISI PAR L'AUTORITE MILITIRE 14” (seized by the military authority) on front and back, at back also a similar ”SAISI PAR L'AUTORITE MILITIRE” with manuscript ”23.10.19”. Interesting item from end of WWI.
